'ashamed' is a multimedia installation, in homage to all women who suffer from being ashamed for being raped, for having their period, for having an abortion, for giving birth, and therefore afraid and ashamed of their blood. Also the piece suggests the female body as a piece of meat being hanged, and the blood at the bottom is also the blood of all women who have lost their lives just because they were women.

The action is : being naked in front of a very cold fan for ten minutes. the documentation of the action is projected into the white fabric. In front of the fabric there is the fan (here a representation of the oppressor), and what keeps the fabric down instead of flying is soil and blood, symbolic representations of the female strength.
